In the time I have working as a chef, I discovered that the best part of my career is being able to create, prepare and have fun serving fabulous dishes. I have always believed that the kitchen is like a blank canvas, my hands the brushes and the colors are all of the materials I work with like the meats of each and every variety, vegetables, spices, wines and etc. The best part is not when the dish is finished, the satisfying part is seeing the happy faces of my clients who at that very moment are part of my family, that is the true work of art.
