I had Chef Antonio come cook dinner for us during a bachelorette party in Playa Del Carmen. He had good communication with us for entire planning portion. He was such a great cook! Made us a four course meal! First course: crab canapés with shrimp, second course: organic beet salad , Main course: patillo- pork belly dish with polenta & dessert: vanilla custard with chocolate mousse. He’s easy to work with, very friendly, reliable! Thank you Antonio and will see you next time!
